Coaching Container:

+ Weekly or biweekly 60-minute virtual coaching sessions that follow ICF Board-regulated coaching, trauma informed, embodiment centered and mind/heart explorative processing that leads to vision clarifying, solution and goal-oriented focus

+ Discounted Astrology Chart Readings (full birth chart and/or transit readings)

+ Optional external support via text/abbreviated phone calls

I always start off exploring with new clients through a Discovery Call to uncover your vision, what you want to create in your life, the embodiment and action steps that would be necessary to start that process and if what I have to offer would be a good fit for your needs.

When I start meeting with clients, we use your vision as a guide to transform your blocks, limiting beliefs and toxic programming into a gift of empowerment in your life.

Much of the session looks like processing pieces of the past that may be contributing to any current disfunctions in your reality to identify the source of what is getting in the way, bringing awareness to what is possible to create (in beingness and consistent action), then creating a plan with support and accountability to bring the internal shifting into tangible existence.
